We all know that relaxing feels good, but does it have any actual health benefits?
According to an article from the Mayo Clinic, relaxing does have multiple health benefits including:
- Slowing your heart rate
- Lowering blood pressure
- Slowing your breathing rate
- Increasing blood flow to major muscles
- Reducing muscle tension and chronic pain
- Improving concentration
- Reducing anger and frustration
- Boosting confidence to handle problems

Keep this in mind and try to find some time each day for you! Relaxing has been proven to be good for you both physically, as well as mentally.
