Since the launch of our blog, we have had a Relaxation Survey asking YOU, the readers how you relax. We have received a ton of great submissions from you and finally wanted to share some of the best ones! How our readers relax:
- I take a nice hot bath! When I can’t do that then I make some hot tea and listen to relaxing music, usually of the new age genre
- I go outside at night and look up at the stars , think of my son in the service and then realize how small we all are in this world…And am so proud God made me apart of it and granted me the honor of a wonderful husband and my daughters and my son . And at the end of a day with my family and the stars overhead and God looking down if that doesn’t make me feel relaxed nothing will.
- I sit in my recliner with my feet up. I have a Homedics vibrating pillow that my lower back stay rested against all the time. I use the vibrating feature when I’m having pain in my sciatica. I also use the Homedics vibrating pillow when I’m driving long distances.
- Listen to music, meditative breathing, stretching exercises, vibration machines for relieving back and neck discomfort, swimming when possible.
