National Relaxation Day

As some of you may or may not know, August 15th (this upcoming Sunday) is National Relaxation day.   Finally a day dedicated to slowing down and just taking a breather.  In accordance with this, we’ve decided to post up a few ideas to help you relax on this stress-free holiday.

  • Pamper yourself by going to the spa
  • Take a hot bath
  • Listen to some low key music
  • Go to a park for the day, just spend the day outside in the sun
  • Don’t do anything work related, just take the whole day off!
  • Take a nap (or many!)
  • Enjoy the small things, forget emails and phone calls
  • Sleep in late
  • Don’t cook for yourself (unless cooking is one of your favorite things to do of course!)

  • Try an outdoor massage mat, take it with you to that park or lakeside spot that you love

Relaxing Waterfall Sights and Sounds

Happy Monday everyone, Today we would like to offer up the relaxing sights and sounds of multiple waterfalls. Commenters of this video mentioned that it helps to put them to sleep. Does it have that effect on you? Either way, it sure is beautiful!
