Plan a real vacation. Take four of five days off to dramatically lower your stress level and increases creativity.
Take a mental siesta. Schedule 10 minutes of every day to just chill out.
Up the good stuff. For one week, scale back on chores that aren’t absolutely necessary and use that time to do something you love.
Hit pause. Take a five-minute breather when you’re feeling overwhelmed. You’re not focusing when you’re stressed out. The quick break will make you more efficient when you return.
